Dues Are Prorated Your First Year

Welcome! EDPMA‘s membership year runs from January 1 ‐ December 31. In the first year, your company will pay a prorated amount based on the month you are joining. Want to learn more about what membership has to offer? View our Brochure.

Joining for the first time?

  1. See instructions for setting up an account: https://edpma.org/login-help
  2. Click on Membership in the left menu bar.
  3. Select Join/Renew to complete a new member application.
  4. Review EDPMA membership types below before joining and contact our Member Care Team at [email protected] to learn more about the criteria for joining and receive assistance with your application.

Renew Membership

By December 31

If you’re renewing your membership, thank you for your continued support of EDPMA. Dues should be paid annually by December 31.

Updating Your Membership Roster?

Follow the instructions to add colleagues to your company’s roster so they can receive the full benefit of membership.

Reinstating a lapsed membership?

Follow the instructions to join EDPMA as a new member—after you create a new account, you will be able to search for your previous membership.

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Billing Company

Companies that support emergency medicine practices by delivering expertise in billing, coding, and revenue cycle optimization to ensure financial sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Supporting Organization

Businesses that offer essential products, services, or technologies—such as consulting, software, staffing, or medical supplies—that enhance the operations and efficiency of emergency physician groups.

Freestanding Emergency Center (FSEC)

Independent emergency care facilities that operate separately from hospital campuses, offering accessible, high-quality emergency services to local communities.

Affiliate Member

Institutions or organizations that align with EDPMA’s mission through research, education, policy development, or advocacy. This category includes academic institutions, think tanks, and public policy groups.
