- August 18, 2026 | 1:00–2:30 PM ET — Virtual Meeting
- October 2026 | Date & Time TBD — Hybrid Meeting during ACEP’s Scientific Assembly
- November 16–18, 2026 — In-Person EDPMA Strategic Planning Retreat & Leadership Hill Day, Washington, DC
- Monday, November 16: Morning arrivals followed by mid-day Strategic Planning Meeting
- Tuesday, November 17: Half-day Strategic Planning Meeting wrap-up, Board Meeting, and Board Dinner
- Wednesday, November 18: Leadership Hill Day (optional)
- January 19, 2027 | 1:00–2:30 PM ET — Virtual Meeting
