2021 Solutions Summit Cancellation Policies

EDPMA is continuing to plan for an in-person event in April 2022.  We understand that with the COVID surge, our valued registrants and sponsors want easy access to EDPMA’s cancellation policies so you can make informed decisions.  Registrants and Sponsors agreed to EDPMA’s cancellation policies when they registered or agreed to sponsor or exhibit.  Our cancellation policy is reiterated below along with some additional information.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected] before March 1, 2022.  A $250 fee will apply to ALL cancellations. Absolutely NO refunds will be made after March 1, 2022.  However, should you be unable to attend at the last minute, registration may be transferred to another individual at the same company. Registration fees cannot be transferred to any future event.
