New Member Spotlight: Quinsite

Quinsite delivers innovative analytics solutions that help to increase revenue and productivity, while improving the quality of patient service for hospitals, health systems, and provider groups. Their platform offers real-time, reliable tools that achieve short-term gains while building long-term sustainability. Based in Chapel Hill, NC, Quinsite provides benefits to over 30 healthcare organizations nationwide. Learn more here.

Excerpts from a conversation with Jeff Maze, CEO and Co-Founder

Quinsite was co-founded in 2017 by husband-and-wife team Jeff & Jenny Maze, each with over 20 years’ experience. Jeff has developed robust, innovative, advanced analytics for a variety of healthcare administration organizations. Jenny has provided high quality patient care in hospitals and procedural labs nationwide. They realized a significant gap in accessible tools that produce reliable and actionable data from disparate clinical and practice management applications. “It’s very challenging, especially for large groups and systems, to aggregate all of their data into one central, automated process that puts information readily at the fingertips of leadership, said Jeff. Quinsite provides dynamic, real-time insights that generate meaningful value in the form of increased billable revenue. Their charge audit process helps monitor the entire billing cycle from end-to-end (work performed to payment received) to ensure that all revenue is captured. Jeff and his team believe that tracking the flow of billing information is key to optimizing revenue and maintaining a competitive advantage.

Quinsite has proven success in the radiology specialty sector and believes emergency medicine has great potential to achieve similar benefits. Jeff attended EDPMA’s 2021 Solutions Summit in Fort Worth, Texas, and shared that the “conference was very worthwhile, lots of interesting sessions, spoke to many leaders in the industry who offered great insights into what is top-of-mind in emergency medicine.” He also discovered the value of EDPMA membership and is looking forward to continued discussions as well as access to the members-only information and the ability to stay up-to-date on all that is happening in emergency medicine.

As a new EDPMA member, the Quinsite team will stay connected to the latest industry news and information, enabling the team to better understand emergency medicine. Jeff additionally joined the Practice Management Committee to hear first-hand the needs and challenges of physician groups and be part of the discussions on how best to resolve issues. EDPMA has seven committees, each with a unique strategic focus, such as federal health policy, state health policy and quality and coding.
